Context

Solution

Computer-Based Assessment Platform
Context

Security TMC needed a computer-based psychological testing system for security personnel recruitment — replacing the slow, hard-to-analyze paper-based process.

Problem

Manual scoring took days. Psychologists had to grade hundreds of answer sheets one by one, and the results were prone to human error.

Solution

A CAT (Computer Adaptive Testing) platform with timer, basic anti-cheating, and automatic scoring. Candidates take tests on-site, psychologists get real-time results with baseline interpretation.

Outcome

Testing and scoring that once took 2-3 days now finishes the same day. The recruitment team decides faster, and psychologists focus on interpretation rather than manual calculation.
